Changing trains in: Paris

The Eurostar will arrive in Paris at the Gare Du Nord, but the Lyria train on to Geneve/Geneva will depart from the Gare De Lyon.

This guide explains how to make the transfer between the two stations by RER train.

The London to Geneve tickets do not include the transfer across Paris.

When making a booking, check the connection time between the arrival at Gare Du Nord and the departure from Gare De Lyon.

Most of the journey options allow around 1hr 30mins to travel across Paris - which should ensure that you won't be making the transfer across the French capital against the clock!

The exception is from the trains which are usually scheduled to depart London at 07:55 on Mon-Friday and at 07:52 on Saturdays.
These trains have a transfer time between the Paris stations of around an hour - but if you want or need to make the first journey of the day on those days of the week, you usually won't have a problem making the connection in time.
