The on board features depend on both the route and the type of coaches used in the train's formation.
Catering is not available on shorter distance routes such as Praha ↔ Ceske Budejovice
The same Pendolino trains, which are used for the Super City services, are used for a few services branded as IC, particularly on the cross-countrt services which travel through Praha on the Ostrava ↔ Karlovy Vary / Ceske Budejovice routes.
Different types of coach are typically used on other more regular IC routes:
- Jižní expres: Praha ↔ Ceske Budejovice = BMZ coaches
- Západní expres: Praha ↔ Plzen = Bmpz coaches - pictured above and at the top of the page.
