These smart new trains are used by Scotrail on its routes from Glasgow Central to the Firth of Clyde and the Ayrshire Coast, plus on a few routes from Edinburgh including the trains to North Berwick.
As the journeys on these routes are under 90 minutes the trains have a functional internal layout similar to other commuter trains
