The station in Villa S.Giovanni adjacent to the ferry terminal

Villa S. Giovanni (Villa S. Giovanni (for fast ferries to Sicily))

Villa S. Giovanni station has a convenient location in the heart of the town it serves and also offers a relatively simple transfer to the fast ferries which travel to and from Messina on Sicily.

At the southern ends of all the binari (platforms/tracks) there is access to a passage way which leads to the Blu Jet ferry terminal – so this passage is beyond the front of the trains which arrive from destinations to the north including Napoli and Roma.
Don’t head towards the main station exit and buildings if you will be taking the ferry.

The fast ferries operated by Blu Jet take just 20 minutes to make the crossing from Villa S. Giovanni to Messina.
