Trains don't usually terminate in Antibes, hence its station being comparatively small.
Services arriving from Cannes, Grasse, Lyon, Marseille and Paris heading west towards Nice and Ventimiglia / Ventimille typically use voie / platform 1 - which is an island platform shared with a voie A - which isn't ordinarily used.
As all of the trains heading west use the same voie / platform, if you will be travelling from the likes of Marseille and Paris to a location beyond Nice, making the transfer between trains at Antibes will typically enable a straightforward connection.
This island platform, pictured above, is linked to the station building and facilities by both a passage under the tracks, which will be towards the rear of arriving trains; And by a footbridge which will be towards the front.
Both the footbridge and passage way can also be accessed by Ascenseurs / lifts / elevators, so access to and from the trains is step-free.
Trains from Nice and beyond heading to Cannes, Lyon, Marseille and Paris typically use voie / platform 2, which is beside the station building.
The station in Antibes is conveniently located on the northern edge of a compact centre; which is largely pedestrianised, so local buses aren't an option for accessing the town centre locations.
These include the Musée Picasso which is located on the sea front, around a 15 to 20 minute walk from the station.
The stations either side of Antibes at Biot and Juan Les Pins, which are served by local TER trains, are closer to the beaches.
